We breed only the healthiest stock that produce the biggest and healthiest babies of all time. Here at Prime Parrots we keep our aviary both indoors and outdoors.

We separate our breeding stock to give them privacy and feed them top nutritional diet to make sure they only give us gorgeous, healthy babies. All of our breeding pairs are fed twice daily with occasional servings of fruits, veggies and various treats. We prefer to feed Kaytee, Lafebers and Zupreme blends because of the superior nutritional quality that these brands provide for our aviary.

Our breeding stock gets either artificial UVB light or direct sun light for maximum natural behavior, which encourages preening and breeding in many species. We also provide misting showers for those birds who love to mist in the rain.

We have been involved in research, captive care and successful breeding of our avian friends for many years. Our goal is to make sure that our precious babies find their right owners and go to loving homes where they will bring years of joy and happiness to their new flock. We do not breed, nor do we wish to breed for a living. Birds are our hobby and passion, thats why every hatching chick is cared for with much love, attention and training. We teach your new baby bird how to step up on command, talk and show respect for you. We discourage aggressive instincts and biting behaviors, so when you get your baby home, it already knows what to expect from you.To help you succeed with your new baby bird, we not only offer some insight on how to care for it, but our support and advice whenever needed.
